As a graduate student of clinical psychology, I have been exploring the world of psychotherapy for the past year. In that exploration I have learned some major differences between therapy and coaching, as well as some similarities that neither industry wants to admit. In this conversation with therapist turned coach, Megan Hale, we explore these two realm of mental health and offer some thoughts for how we can be more responsible with our mental health as well as the mental health of other people.
